Top 5 Medical Apps on Android in UAE Q3 2021

The third quarter of 2021 witnessed notable trends in the performance of the top medical apps on the Android platform in the United Arab Emirates. Data from Sensor Tower reveals insights into weekly downloads and active user trends for these apps.

ALHOSN UAE showed a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 40.9K in late June and peaking at around 45.2K by the end of September. Weekly active users for the app also demonstrated a gradual rise, beginning at 305K and reaching a high of 362K in late August before stabilizing around 332K by the end of the quarter.

Dubai Health - دبي الصحية experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, starting at 15.7K at the end of June and ending at 11K by late September. Despite the variations, the app maintained a relatively stable user base, with active users hovering around the 100K mark throughout the quarter.

COVID19 - DXB Smart App saw a decline in both downloads and active users over the quarter. Weekly downloads dropped from 13.1K in late June to 3.8K by the end of September. Similarly, active users decreased from 23.9K to around 10.8K over the same period.

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi had a significant spike in downloads in mid-August, reaching up to 8.5K, before declining to 1.7K by the end of September. The app did not show any revenue or active user data during this period.

PH Screening also exhibited a downward trend in downloads, starting from 4.8K in late June and decreasing to 1.9K by the end of September. Active users showed a similar pattern, beginning at 5.8K and falling to 3.4K over the quarter.
